Talking to your Child's Teacher

At St Francis of Assisi we value good communication with parents and carers. 

Parents or carers should telephone or email the school if they wish to discuss aspects of their child's schooling or behaviour with their teacher. An appointment will be made by the office staff for either a telephone call back or face to face meeting, and communicated to the parent within 24 hours of first contact. The appointment will be made for as soon as possible after the contact.

Urgent matters should be shared as much as possible with Emma English, Operations Coordinator, who will then ascertain whether the matter should be dealt with by a member of our Leadership Team.
